Facebook Fan Page

Hi guys I have just created a Facebook fan page for the group> This page has all of the band's tour dates and information so here are some screenshots of the page I have created:

Casting

Now the pitch was successful we now have to find a suitable cast list for our video. Now finding these people would be hard as they would all need to have some form of music knowledge and skills. At the moment the cast we have in place for the video is:

Kyle legg - singer

Alex Wood - drummer

Ben Denham – guitarist

Nathan Tran – audition for drummer

Priyal Raja – audition for drummer

we will have a finalized cast within the next few days and then we will be off to do some principal photography

Pitch

Today we have to present our pitch.

The pitch is getting very close and we are all making our finishing touches to all of our tasks to present to the teachers.

Moodboard

This is our mood board. This image was taken in the development phase of the board.

We all had our own roles with this task and the role of the mood board was Kyle and Alex's with some contributions from Nathan and I. 

Location hunting

This is our first location which we had a look at for our music video. This location is a boiler room at our school. This location is not a suitable location  for or video. This is purely because this location lacks the space that we need for our video.

My first post

Hi,

This is my first post on blogger. This blog will be updated regularly to record my process with the media group. This blog will be updated for the whole of the A2 course. I will leave you with a few images of the team at work with the ancillary tasks. The first image is of our mood board which there will be more images uploaded at a later date. The second image is Nathan at work with the storyboard and the third image is of a draft website which I created. Storyboarding helped me get a bigger picture on all of our ideas and putting it all into context. Whilst creating the mood board I had to research into existing bands such as Coldplay and research their marketing strategies and techniques. This helped me to plan out the style of my website.
